I wish i had read this book when I was 17 or 18 it would have given me a guide to follow a simple formula on saving money and the value of the work attaining that money. The most important thing i got from this book is 70-20-10 rule where 70% of income (after taxes) goes to living expenses, 20% towards debt, and the last 10% into savings.

This book is beyond phenomenal. I heard the Richest Man in Babylon audio recording on YouTube and discovered it was one in a series of pamphlets so I looked for a copy and found this version. I love the leather binding and this book is an absolute must for financial literacy. Some of the concepts I’ve heard before from other sources and some I’m being introduced to for the first time. I will be using them all to change my financial status.

For how long this book has been available, I still can’t understand how I never heard of it or came across it before but glad I finally did and highly recommend someone give this a read and use it to change their financial status or to use as ground rules after starting their first job.
